TOD Summit
In today’s development landscape, building TOD can be particularly difficult due to a mismatch between goals, regulations, existing infrastructure, and funding resources.
To spur cross-sector collaboration and alignment, a TOD Summit was held for the first time on June 13, 2025. At this summit, regional partners shared tools, resources, and goals; panels discussed successes and lessons learned from recent TOD Projects; and community leaders showcased potential sites and focus areas for TOD directly with development professionals. With over 90 attendees representing public, private, and non-profit sectors, the inaugural 2025 TOD Summit demonstrates the wide-spread desire for TOD and sets the stage for future collaborations and shared-learning opportunities.
