Columbus Road RFQ

Cuyahoga TOD is excited to share the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA)’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Columbus Road Development Site. The collaborative is seeking a qualified development team to spearhead development of the highly anticipated site.

The GCRTA-owned property is available for a transformative Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project. This 1.36-acre site is adjacent to the West 25th Street Red Line Rapid Transit Station and several bus routes, offering a strong opportunity for development that easily connects people to public transportation. This site sits within one of Cleveland’s fastest growing neighborhoods, Ohio City, where nearly 41% of residents rely on public transportation, walking, or biking as their primary mode of getting around.

GCRTA is looking for a development partner with experience building complex projects, especially those focused on TOD. The chosen partner must have the financial ability to support the project and create a development that enhances community access to transit.

The Cuyahoga TOD coalition is committed to working collaboratively with the selected developer to bring a landmark TOD project to fruition.
